Taos Chamber Music Group begins its 25th Season on September 30, 2017. This season's programs are listed below, with season tickets available at discounted prices. We look forward to sharing this fantastic music with you!

All-American – Saturday & Sunday, September 30 & October 1
TCMG’s 25th anniversary season opens with the American String Quartet featured in an all-American program. Works by Zhou Tian (Viaje), Robert Sirota (American Pilgrimage), Samuel Barber (Adagio) and Dvorak (American Quartet).

Living Legacy: Women in the Arts – Saturday & Sunday, Nov. 11 & 12
TCMG presents a program of women composers performed by women. Works include Clara Schumann’s Piano Trio, a trio sonata by Italian Baroque composer Anna Bon, and a variety of contemporary works.

Joyeux Noel – Saturday & Sunday, December 16 & 17
Pianist Gleb Ivanov will be featured in a French holiday time concert. Works by Ravel, Gaubert and Saint-Saens with violinist LP How, cellist Sally Guenther and flutist Nancy Laupheimer

Claire Chase – Saturday, January 20
TCMG presents flute phenom, MacArthur “genius,” and musical innovator, educator and performance artist Claire Chase in a mind-blowing show, including works recently written for her. Saturday only at 5:30 with possible second performance at 8 p.m.

Storm & Stillness – Saturday & Sunday, February 17 & 18
TCMG’s mid-winter program explores the power of music to depict the natural world, from storm to stillness and mountains to mesas. Works by Beethoven, Ernest Bloch, Katherine Hoover, Alex Shapiro and Jennifer Higdon.

Play It Forward – Saturday & Sunday, April 14 & 15
TCMG’s annual program featuring younger musicians showcases 17-year-old violinist Phoenix Avalon in works by Brahms, Piazzolla and the young Russian composer, Alexey Kurbatov.

Cello Chicks – Saturday & Sunday, May 26 & 27
A TCMG favorite returns with four female cellists featured in a something-for-everyone program, spanning Bach and the classics to jazz, pop and beyond!
