Posted Jul 31, 2018
Taos artist Barbara Zaring will be featured in two exhibitions during the time know as "Taos Fall Arts Festival."
Outside the Lines at Philip Bareiss Gallery will be open from September 22 through 30. It will present recent work by eleven artists: Maury Calvert, Dora Dillistone, Jan Dorris, Donna Gorski, Sally Gray, TJ Mabrey, Paule Mark, Marcia Oliver, Brian Shields, Jameson Wells, and Barbara Zaring.
This is a group of professional artists that met with Jeremy McDonnell at UNM for years. After he and Susan Longhenry, former director of Harwood Museum of Art, moved the group continued to meet and critique each others' work at the Bariess Gallery. This is their first show together. Opening reception on Saturday, September 22, 2018, 4-7:00pm.
A Study in Contrasts: Zaring and Littlejohn is a two-person show or recent paintings planned for Total Arts Gallery on Kit Carson Road from September 21 through October 14.
