Since its inception in 2005, Native Treasures has become one of the important Indian art shows in the country Artists from over 40 tribes and pueblos showcase and sell their pottery, jewelry, glass, painting, sculpture, carvings, textiles and other art. Artists are invited to participate, and show organizers work to bring in new talent each year. Selected demonstrations by artists, an eclectic mix of music, and delicious food add to the festive atmosphere.

Sales at the festival benefit the Museum of Indian Art & Culture, a repository for knowledge of the diverse native arts, histories, languages and cultures of the Greater Southwest.
