A long-standing nationally recognized event now in its sixtieth year, the Fair is the second largest market of its kind in the country. Featuring more than 600 Native artists including well established and acclaimed talents along with a new and upcoming generation. Breath-taking works across a wide variety of traditional and cutting-edge media dazzle visitors each year. Held the first weekend of March, the Fair attracts over 10,000 guests and has become a gathering place for art lovers and the community to celebrate and learn about Native art and culture.

The sixth annual weekend event highlights approximately a dozen different artists from Taos Pueblo who will be showing and selling the best in Native American Art. “We are honored to partner with Taos Pueblo Tourism to welcome once again the Taos Pueblo artists to the museum,” museum director Caroline Jean Fernald said. “This is a very unique show, with original pieces available for purchase directly from the artists. Visitors will have the opportunity to talk to them and find out more about their pieces and techniques.”
