FAMOUS FOR
Ojo Caliente (Hot Eye) Mineral Springs’ is one of the oldest natural health resorts in the country, and the only hot springs in the world with a combination of four different types of mineral waters. Its sulfur-free, geothermal mineral waters have flowed from a subterranean volcanic aquifer for thousands of years.

HISTORY
The Ojo Caliente area is the site of several prehistoric pueblos and hot springs from which the area derives its name. In the 1500's the Spaniard, in their quest for gold and the Fountain of Youth, discovered the unusual mineral springs in Ojo Caliente, New Mexico.

MUST SEE, MUST DO
The legendary waters of Ojo have been soothing body, mind and spirit naturally for centuries. In addition to the seven public pools, also enjoy yoga, hiking, and birding. Llama trekking, white water rafting, mountain climbing, skiing, fishing, hot air ballooning and golf are also available in the area.
